HOW IT WORKS!

Simplicity of the pencil with
the power of digital AI!

This easy-to-use performance system uses a three step process of capturing, uploading and analyzing round data!

[ STEP 1: CAPTURE THE DATA ]

ADVANCED STATS CARD

The key to capturing on-course data is our custom advanced stats card. The eight page booklet includes sections for round data like course name, date & time, and final score. There is an 18-hole scorecard, areas for round notes, and a place to write down five goals for the round. The stats card also has 18 blank hole maps for collecting individual shot data.

RECORD DATA FOR EACH SHOT

Quality analysis is only as good as the data collected. Using the individual hole maps, you can easily capture all the important information. From the tee box to the green, our systems allows you to write down distance to the pin, direction of the wind, ball location and club selection in less than ten seconds per shot.

TEE SHOT

Standing on the tee box, study the layout of the hole, the direction of the wind, and the club you want to use.

At the bottom of the hole map, write down the par, hole length, and the club you will hit off the tee.

COMPLETE STATS CARD

After you finish your round, it is important to “complete” your advanced stats card. The first step is to review each hole map and make sure all shots are recorded. Then, you want to fill in the scorecard and calculate the totals. The next step is to review and edit the round notes and update your round goals. The final step is fill-in your score on the front cover.

[ STEP 2: UPLOAD THE DATA ]

ROUND & COURSE DETAILS

Using your completed advanced stats card, it's time to upload your round to the web application. The process starts with uploading the general data about your round including: course name, date & time, weather conditions, round type, the clubs in your bag, round notes and your round goals.

SCORECARD STATS

After saving the round info, it's time to upload the scorecard data. Using the drop down menus and text boxes, you will upload par and yardage for each hole, your score, number of putts, and penalties, if any.

INDIVIDUAL SHOT DATA

Shot data is the main engine driving most of the player analytics. The better the data, the better the analysis. Using drop down menus and text boxes, you will record every shot for each hole.

[ STEP 3: ANALYZE THE DATA ]

SCORING SUMMARY

After you have saved the data from you round, the web application generates a dashboard with all the important performance statistics. At the top of the dashboard is the round information and a complete scorecard. The next section highlights scoring specific data.

OFF THE TEE BOX

Want to know if the driver is your friend or you need to use something else from the par 4 and par 5 tee boxes? This section illustrates your average driving distance, longest drive and tee shot proximity.

FROM THE FAIRWAY(ISH)

Approach shots, whether from the fairway or not, are very important to track. The average distance to the green is linked to your shots off the tee, and how close you end up to the pin affects your short game. This section breaks down several key highlights that will provide great insight.

ON & AROUND THE GREEN

The short game accounts for half of all shots on a scorecard, and most amateur players don't practice chipping and putting enough. This section of the dashboard will highlight specific reasons why you need to spend more time practicing your shortage.
